Biking and Rail

For both mountainbiking and city biking: Our Hotel zur Brücke is situated at the bicycle bridge belonging to the Munich-Verona bicycle network, and represents an excellent starting-point for cultural and athletic bicycle journeys to the north and the south. To the north, you'll find the "Mary's Ascension into Heaven" pilgrimage church in Trens und then the famed Fugger city of Sterzing/Vipiteno; to the south, there's the fortress of Franzensfeste/Fortezza and the Bischop's city of Brixen/Bressanone. The artist's city of Klausen/Chiusa is even farther south, approx. 20 km away. By there at the latest, it's time to consider returning by train - an option gaining in popularity.
